They look like the ones for the Yamaha official alarm a aftermarket option so you won't need to worry about them unless you remove the alarm that has been fitted already. Do you have two plugs also under seat with black wire loops in each plug if not then that confirms what I have said. As for the screen it's your choice of colour & design but the bubble screens are no better than the original shape apparently.

Have you carb tuned since fitting after market downpipes as this will need doing & might help even things out,if you are going to replace with a K/N air filter do this before tuning carbs.

If you can spin the wheel with one hand easily with no binding a slight rubbing of pads on disc is quite normal.

I would first use a primer suitable for plastics, lightly abrade with a 1200 wet/dry to flatten primer & give a key then paint.

It goes between the bracket (back plate) & gear lever.

Just added a link to the bottom of my previous post which is in text, scroll up to Andrews post follow 2-6, did the bike run o.k before you touched the TPS,taking the bike for a run won't make any difference, check also your idle speed is around 1250rpm.

Hopefully it's just the plugs then.

The brushed option is for the cans not downpipes, have you not heard from them Andy?, as said before I & others on here have found them to be very good, with others on here waiting to hear of your outcome they will lose out on custom if they don't sort it.

Change the plugs first or do as said previously switch two plugs around to see if a different downpipe remains cooler.

Well if I was you I would give them a call, they don't look anything like mine or like shown on their site I know you got them cheaper when you rang but a lot of us on here have done the same. Looks like they forgot to polish them for sure, they are normally ok to deal with if you have a problem even send them the pics if needed. I wouldn't put them on my bike.

The charging system is fine, you said the load on the battery was seen at 9.35volts this indicates a new one is required.
