Title: Sales Brochures
Post by: YamFazFan on 08 December 2019, 07:53:56 pm
Anyone else got any of these?. They're the original Yamaha range and model specific showroom brochures for the 2003 FZS600.
The lower one is in German. Not sure why I've got that or where it came from!. Certainly wasn't Germany as I've never been there :lol .

Those are brilliant! There's some available on eBay as well for 10 quid delivered. That's going on the Christmas wish list.

:eek . Mine has got 2 holes punched into it so it fits in my bike folder. I am the 3rd owner but the other two only had the bike for 3 years total between them and the brochure was passed down from the first owner. It sort of goes with the bike

Mine didn't come with the bike. I had to buy them, but I wouldn't have paid £10 for them. I would have got them from one of the classic bike shows in all probability.

It's a bit gutting to think that they were free to pick up in the showroom at the time, but how else do you get hold of them now other than paying?. Just imagine how many were thrown out/recycled in January when the new ranges come out :eek .

Nice things to have if you intend to hang on to the bike long term. They're much sought after by those restoring classic machines such as Z1's/H1's/etc...
They usually have a part number and are thus considered almost essential ;)
