Mobile phone woes
« on: 17 February 2016, 07:19:41 pm »
I`ve got a Motorolla Moto E (2nd generation) with 4G LTE with BT mobile. I`m having trouble getting the phone to stay connected when I make a call, it disconnects after about 30 seconds even with a full signal and full battery. Been through all the settings and cant find anything that may be causing the problem. Can anybody help please.

I have a different phone and network...... But. Since ee updated to use this call via WiFi when available thing I find that I too get disconnected during calls if I am connected to a WiFi network.  If I turn WiFi off its fine...  Something to try I guess

Some 4G phones have this problem when the coverage is flaky (don't go by the signal meter on the phone). The work around was to force them to use 2 or 3g and only turn on 4G when you need to use high speed data.

Checked the BT website and the 4g signal in my area is shite, 3g isn`t a lot better :wall
