The easiest way to get a lighter clutch is leave a few plates out, it won't work but will be lighter if you weigh it.

Which studs? If it's a case of getting studs out of a loose ali casting then I can help in st.neots, if still in the frame it's not my thing (unless it's my own problem), sorry but recovering from a hernia op and lazy. And not got many days at work before xmas, it'd be their gear I'd use.

If they are still being made the multi-gauge that replaces the fuel gauge is a tidy way of doing it and gives lots of other functions as well, but the setting that shows your top speed when you come to a halt is very bad for goading the throttle hand. With the addition of a £5 gps module is gives a gps speed as well and can act as a speedo healer if you are on different tyre/sprocket combos.Christian from on here was making them.

I doing anything with the carbs Ivans jet kit is definately the way to go, forget dynojet, mine was so smooth all the way through once 'Ivanised'.While you are at it junk the AIS system too as it makes the plugs much easier to get to.

« on: 03 November 2021, 04:35:30 pm »
You can have a smart motorway and still have a hard shoulder, surely the variable speed limit is the smart bit which does reduce the stop/start queues as it slows some of the traffic before it gets there.Losing the hard shoulder is a crap idea for sure.

There you go a closer version, water towers are not the easiest thing to get in shot are they? (I had to stand in a ditch looking like a wierd predator to get the original)
I love the idea of the picture challenge, does anyone object if I blatently steal the rules and start the same on the TDM forum?Hey we all share the same clunky gearbox issues.....

I'd have thought being the major funder of the AZ vaccine and part of the requirement being "at cost" and easier to store in hot countries makes the UK pretty charitable in the first place. We should be free to pat ourselves on the back for that.
