Yeh, I know . Couple of mates have done theirs and they're up for helping me but although I usually do everything myself to the bike I have to be honest that I'm just not looking forward to this. Have you actually done yours red ?
while you are doing it. put a new clutch in.
hi, spider!....when you say split the engine?........not quite sure what you mean?? .....checking/adjusting the valves is no more than removing the cam/s..cover!!......removing the cams if need be to re,shim etc??....the clutch sits on the side of the engine?....no where near the top of engine!!!!!!!!! ..........
why change the clutch unless it's showing signs of wear?

why wud you not change the clutch. if you adjust the valves. changing the clutch while its open in front of you makes sense. or do you think its not worth it. and do it all again wen it goes. that pointless and hard work to me
