thanks for the reply guys , tried god knows many times but it keeps happening , I have been putting the the front guide in before assembling the cams would this stop me getting all the slack from the exhaust side and leaving it to tight to get the tensioner in  ? I just found easier to put the front guide in before the cams , I will try it without the front guide until assembled deefer666 thanks.

hi ,

I have had to strip out my cylinder head after a plug snapped , I'm now in the process of rebuilding it , I have the cams back in but the chain seems really tight and I cant get the rear tensioner in because the guide wont move , any info would be apprieciated , thanks. :'(

I everyone i'm Andy from Scotland had my fzs 600 , 2000 for 5 years now , I have been logging in as a guest for a while and well impressed with the site so decided to join. Thanks  :)
