wanted fzs 600 fork spacer and damper 2002 on..
« on: 15 June 2020, 11:26:09 am »
As said in subject, going to change forks back to standard as they've been modded  to take emulators.

Need the top spacer (183mm long) and damper.

Cheers

I assume you're talking about the internal spacer just underneath the fork cap ?
I've made up these spacers before from aluminium tube. Not difficult, if you can find suitably sized tube with OD/ ID close to what you need.
What are the standard ID/ OD measurements for the 600 ?

That's the one, I know it's 183mm long and I wrote the o/d and i/d  down somewhere..

Good shout for using ally tube, I had thought about mild steel tube..

It's going to be the damper that's the problem I reckon..

Thanks for the info, I'll source some ally tube :thumbup :thumbup
