Pedestrians who stand 10ft away from a pedestrian crossing but refuse to use it.

Yep I see that all the time in town :rolleyes .

Other variations on the same theme are the pedestrian stood at the Zebra crossing on the phone, but not actually intending to cross, thus wasting everyone's time pulling up and the pedestrian that does a seamless 90 degree turn from the pavement onto the crossing without even pausing/looking to make sure the traffic has stopped.

That's because it a feckin forcefield that protects them - no one told you that  :pokefun

Idiot drivers who don't realise that the bicycle ahead has stopped at the pedestrian crossing because someone's about to start crossing, swerve around you and almost take out the pedestrian which they haven't seen...

Bit like if a van you're behind gives way to a car in front of them on a narrow side street, then the car zips round the van but then has to slam on the brakes when they suddenly see you directly behind it as if you've appeared out of knowhere by magic.

If u r filtering and any high vehicle that blocks ur vision to the left stops then u should stop also.....if u stay back a bit u can avoid the vehicle pulling out and he won't have to break.....there not nobs Darrsi  just people pulling out of junctions because they have been let out.  If u were to hit the vehicle in this scenario u would be liable.

They are knobs when they put their foot down and then swerve in aiming at you.
I'm on about tight side roads, not junctions.
I wouldn't be liable for shit either, I'm not even moving!

On coming traffic swerving in to the middle when we are filtering is Fukin nobish I agree. When that happens I just stop and they won't hit anything stationary.

Even if u were to pull slightly past the vehicle that's stopped to let someone out of "any side road"  and u had stopped also....it would go 50/50 because of ur road position. Always best to hang back a little if ya can.

You're misunderstanding me.
No side turnings at all.
I'm on about an oncoming vehicle ahead of the vehicle in front of me, that is given the go ahead for right of way.
They then swing in left to go around the vehicle in front of me then swing right again, straight into my path as I'm waiting, quite patiently and innocently I'll hasten to add.  :D
Just 'cos they can't see me doesn't mean they shouldn't be careful.

Back to fireworks, there has to be some law introduced as to the size of ones that you can buy for your garden. Last year right next to my car was the remnants of a rocket it was about the size of a loo roll and quite thick and solid plastic at the bottom, if that had hit the car it would of put a dent in it. People in their back gardens are sending these things up without a care in the world as to where the remains will fall.
I also found the stick in the road which was about 3 feet long and 1/4inch thick FFS

I've always argued the fact that you can get nicked for randomly dropping a cigarette butt on the floor, but it's perfectly fine to launch the equivalent of a stick of highly explosive dynamite into the air towards some unsuspecting victims property, not only blatantly littering but possibly causing a major fire hazard or resulting in serious injury to some poor sod.

We have a "diverse community"  ;) where I live and it almost seems like there is an arms race as to who is closer to their religion by who has the the biggest firework.
I also had to remove a big rocket stick off the southern wing of sharp halls roof which was heading for the gutter.
They should be micro chipped with the launchers name and address.

I worked with a local lad in Jersey and they set a world record for launching rockets, 50000 or something like that. Anyway, took them several days to set up the attempt and over a week to clean up the mess they left lol
