My 2007 FZ1s is still on original battery and I have left it as long as 6 weeks without starting it up in winter, and I do not have it on a trickle charger, still starts first time every time.

Thanks slappy thanks good to know, bikes covered and garaged, so 3 weeks should be okay especially in summer,

Alright folks nearly racked up 300 miles now, got caught in wet weather twice which has learnt me a few lessons, question for the experienced about chain tension obviously go by the measurements but how many miles on average do you get before adjustments are needed?
