Oil Cooler

I have obtained an oil cooler from an R1 to replace the damaged unit on my 2004 Thou. The R1 unit is a little shorter than my unit by around 15mm. Can anybody see any issues if I fit it? Thanks

Would not have thought there would be any issues regarding cooling the oil but will all the existing pipes etc fit ok?

It looks like they will. The mounting bolt is thicker and shorter it the thread is the same.
