thank fook for that, managed to drill enough of the bolt out, and screw a stud in, not perfect, but secure and works...

fitted R6 shock, one grab rail, as the other was missing inserts:( and some nice levers, that my Dad bought me:)

Surplus to requirements, as I've fitted one of Devilsyam R6 shocks. The bike has done 21000 miles, very clean, all adjusters work, open to offers, or a swap with a Ivans jetting kit.....as thats what the money will be going towards.

studs seem ok, we just used the dremell to cut groves into manky nuts, plenty of gt85, old screwdriver and copper hammer, and tapped them loose, took all afternoon, but all nuts off, now we need to try and get the headers out of the head without damaging the head... going to take mine off and replace.with decent stainless nuts, before they start to corrode.

as some of you already know, Portboy and I picked a reck up this weekend, 65000 miles on it, and pulled harder than my 05 with just 21000 on the clock, Portboy also commented on how well the bike is designed, put together and how easy it is to strip it down, and he doesn't make comments like that normaly!
