Guys, I have sold my GEN1 and bought a nice Red 2006 GEN2, it came with a noisy Remus can. I have bought a standard can for MOT, fitted no bother, connected cables but the servo is no operating. Exup valve is nice and free, cables and free.
anyone know how to test the servo?
many thanks
harry

No need to stress.
Nor is there any need to connect the cables from the servo to the exup valve.
The reason being the exup valve in default mode is in the open position.
It'll pass the MOT because the exhaust is oem & BS approved & not because the valve is operating or not.

Is the plug definitely plugged into the back of the Servo ?
It may have had a Servo Eliminator fitted.
Servo Eliminator would be plugged into the original plug on the end of the loom and looks like this.

I could change my opinion, but then we'd both be wrong.
