I wanna challenge the challenge....... The challenge was `on a beach` and has been refused as its not actually ON the beach. I think it only fair that it is accepted, as the challenge `on a dry road` was accepted when quite clearly the bike was parked on the pavement NEXT to the dry road!!
OK then, let's throw the rule book out the window or shall we all just play nicely and keep to the rules and the challenges

Let's have a vote on a new rule.....Anyone who has a disputed challenge...Gets an automatic 3 challenge suspension.

Sorry Steve, I 've got to dispute this one. All the challenges I have set are things that I could do myself. This is clearly NOT on the beach. So, as much as I hate to quote the rule book to anyone. You either need 3 votes or if no one else can do it in three days....I'll show you how it's done With out breaking the law.

For what they cost to hire, you could pick up a second hand set on ebay for about the same, depending on make and quality and they are yours for keeps.....Cos once you get the bug....!

I'll tell ya Fireblake. Went last year and loved it. Kent fire bike team have organised a day at Brands Hatch where they take you through the basics of a biker down course( removing helmet properly and basic 1st aid if first on the scene) Slow speed control skills around cones. Road craft skills in the classroom. A one to one ride out on the local roads with a ROSPA or IAMS instructor and the best bit and to be honest the only reason I went....Two 20 mins track sessions where you can absolutely rag it...All for £50. The emphasis was on having fun and there was no pressure to be a track demon as there was a wide range of bikes and bikers with varied experience. So, all in all, a good day and a good experience.

Whilst vigorously washing my car a good few years ago, I broke off the cover over the rear washer. Now it ejects a straight jet of water agood 10 to 12 feet behind me. This has given me so much joy when someone tailgates me I've never bothered getting it fixed. I've also been known to soak the odd ........... and a few .......... not to mention the ........ having a ........ in their car who foolishly left their doors open. All by accident of course. Have never soaked a biker though

I think you should be really generous and buy him a puncture repair kit....Timing is crucial here....Only to be presented to him just after you've frenziedly spiked both his tyres

Hello foccer's, came back from a little sunday blast today and as I negotiated my slippery path the front slipped out from me and had to gently lay the bike down and stepped off. No damage done, thanks to the crash bobbins but on turning on the ignition rev counter flicked to 9k. Started alright and didn't do it again. So am I right in assuming it was the tilt sensor and will it need resetting at all, or have I got away with it ? Thanks peeps.
