im 2years in now and (touch wood) havent had another bash since.....
 
My mrs crashed her bike the other day on her 1st ever ride out after passing her CBT and just carried on....
 
Keep your chin up, believe in yourself and your bike and you'll feel better....

Got an old Standard FZS exhaust in the shed for sale.....
not in bad nick, came off a friends old bike after he changed his exhaust system
99' model, end can and link pipe (no down pipes) can put a picture on on a bit if you're interested.

ive just finished 7 night shifts (12hrs) going back on to 5 day shifts (12hrs) then back onto 7 nights.

you see it all the time people being pulled over for dangerous vehicles and they shouldnt be on the roads
where would their insurance company stand if their diesel spilt out and you slipped on it?
they would say the vehicle is unsafe to drive THUS UNINSURED!

This has made me laugh,
I nod to pretty much everyone but am suprised that a good 40% dont nod back... when i rode a scooter back at 16 my uncle told me he always nods to scooters and young kids as they are the next generation of bikers, we all started somewhere...
 
even the scrootes that live up the street with their winey "peds" i treat with the same respect as the MC riders that i am friends with...
 
as for my nod, it depends whats coming up, i do try for the diagonal nod and try to get each person, unless they are really close... a friend who i ride with though NEVER nods and it really frustrates me.... I think he needs all his brain power to concentrate on keeping his bike on 2 wheels
