Double bubble screens

Anyone have one fitted? Do they make much difference to buffeting and wind noise? Do they look ok?

I've fitted double bubble screens on two bikes and they made no difference to wind noise/buffeting but they look better than the standard ones.

Interesting to hear they don't make much difference... though not a surprise, they'd probably need to be a foot taller to get the airflow over helmet level. And I prefer the look of the original screen. :)

Cheers guys, I guess that £25 will go to the pub with me instead then :lol I couldn't be doing with one of those tall tourer screens for the bit of riding I do, they're hideous.

My experience is slightly different - I bought a Skidmarx db screen. I think it looks good and I did notice a difference - especially at high speeds there is less turbulence and it reduces windnoise...

I've got a f. fabbri db on mine it looks good but moves the wind up to about helmet level so it's a wee bit noisier

Had a double bubble and the wind turbulance was worse with it fitted. Back to original. Yes, drink the £25. Much better idea!
