Welcome Jack
« on: 12 March 2013, 06:33:22 pm »
Welcome to the world Jack Daniel McNair.  Born on 11/03/2013 @ 21:05 and weighing 9lb 10oz.

My second little dude is here.  Only a matter of time till they're old enough and I'm confident enough for a relaxed and slow bit of pillion work (if the price of fuel isn't too high by then :P).

Congrats!
I'm now wondering what you chose to name your first... Jim Beam? Johnnie Walker?

ha ha ;) .  We liked the idea of him being able to have the nickname JD and he'd also have the same initials as my father.  We liked the sound of it too.

It depends entirely on their personality and upbringing  :)

Both of mine are very passive and easily pleased. There is occasional crying but it's shortlived.

I thought I had got to the point where sleep didn't matter any more but after having Jack for a week I remember what proper exhaustion is like ;-). It's easier second time around but still a mental and physical strain in the beginning.

Good luck with yours.
Simon

Little swine is as difficult and obstinate as his old man.  Seems like he believes he can handle a bottle himself at the wise old age of 3 months.

Trust me I get all I deserve.
