End can question
« on: 22 October 2011, 12:18:37 am »
A quick question for the edjumacated masses on here. I'm on the look out for a second hand end can for my fazer  and was wondering if any of the R1 one's I've seen for sale will fit?

If you mean original R1 cans, yes ... the earlier model R1 titanium can with integral link pipe will fit with a bit of persuasion.

Aftermarket cans aren't quite so easy to quantify because it depends on the link pipe length/shape.  The outlet from the EXUP on the Fazer and the early R1s is the same which helps, of course.

The one I've got was originally sold for an Aprillia Falco, I just bought a link pipe to fit. Link pipe was only £40 from MTC.
