Just my two penneth, shouldn't Fazer be the largest word, not Yamaha?

Good point, my thoughts when putting it together, was that it shouldnt look out of place on the bike.

I have made a version with your thoughts to see what its like:

I don't reckon it should even say "Yamaha" or "Fazer"... my bike's got the logo on the tank and says "Fazer" on the fairing.

We're stating we're members of foc-u.co.uk at the end of the day, I'd be happy with just that.

Agreed, with the tuning fork symbol it technically reads "Yamaha Yamaha Fazer owners club"

They could be put on the suspension forks lowers, under the Yamaha text on the old tanks, next to the tuning fork symbol on the new tanks, on the swing arm. The options are endless...

Rather than do DryRobs excellent job again, I could have his design added to the batch made by the company?

Yup, these are vinyl vehicle stickers so designed to be removed if required.

I must say, I like the original V2.

I will give the thread until Wed eve, then I will tally up the votes and get the things ordered.

Any feedback on what on the existing designs, or if anybody wants anything chaning?

Just a note, while stickers don't generally damage the finish of the paint underneath they do prevent the colour from fading so you may see a ghost of the design if/when you remove them.

we have had the foc-u t shirts for a while on the site - fatmaggot.com   we do not use the tuning fork - as Yam are prone to not liking it being used commercialy (which you are also doing with the stickers) so be careful.

i also have the cut vinyl foc-u if anyone needs those

Fat Maggot Clothing Company - remember FOCU15 to claim your foccers discount

Which ever way you look at it its an infringement of copyright and copyright theft, copyright theft in the usa alone will cost you $10,000 fine in the first instance, and please dont imagine for 1 second that they wont prosecute because they can and do...
I am just trying to show you what you are getting into here, its their marketing logo do you really think anybody can just go around re-producing it ?
Be courteus at the least and ask them you may be pleasantly surprised or maybe not?
I have stood and watched as they closed a business down at the nec bike show 3 years ago because someone was selling jackets there with this logo on,they took every single item and were prosecuted.

,your choice...

what are we actually putting on the bike that isnt there already?

"Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Chardonnay in one hand - strawberries in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming - WOO HOO! What a Ride!"

So why put it there then?

Seriously folks, I have no issues with FOC-U stickers (I have the URL and my username on my number plate), however,  as I mentioned in the post about changing our name, we have NO affiliation with Yamaha.

I'd much rather not get arsey, but I won't have the future of our forum jeapordised by people that will not listen when a point is explained.

Replacement name badges and decals are readily available, fine, however I in no way advocate the naming of our site as THE Fazers owner club, THE Yamaha owners club or the like, which as far as I can see all four stickers do.

You claim that it's to show affiliation to the club, if so there is no need to add further corporate logos to the bike, merely our URL.
If your sensibilities preclude you from displaying the very address of the site you wish to advertise then may I suggest that you don't?

I'd ask that if you do wish to have these made, then you do so out with our forums, as such may I ask that you remove the images from the thread?
