Cheers Billy, and yes, perhaps I was a tad over keen on my first ride, especially with just a pair of Royal Mail trousers and an akito jacket! :eek but the Fazer had some proving to do, and that it did. ;)

exupnut, i was reading yours and wez's posts thinking, what the feck are they on about!! then it clicked :lol

My first post states that I was picking a red o3 fazer up. Did the deal on the saturday, shock the man's hand and  arranged to pick it up Monday eve after he had put a new MOT on her, alarm bells started sat eve when he texted me to say, there is two months left on MOT, would that be OK? No i said, a years ticket as agreed... Monday morning, by text he tells me to go look for another one, as he wasnt happy to sell my the bike with luggage, "PRICK" why agree in the first place, shake a mans hand, then pull out because you think you've done yourself short, well the only saving grace, is that i got this 05 for £500 less, and it knocks spots of his...

Red is quite a common choice of colour for the ladies.

Thanks for the kind comments, just riding it 30 miles has already shown that its going to be a fun bike, I did notice that it does over run when exiting roundabouts, so im hoping the new shock will help this.
