:)   Hi Chris and a warm winters welcome from me.

That looks like a very VERY nice bike you have found there .. lots of 'mods' and 'bling' already fitted  :b .

Give yourself a few weeks of (nice dry weather) riding .. these bike are sooooooo good at everything .. you will learn to love it for sure.   Lots of guys  .. sell these on after a few years .. but lots also go back to getting another one ... some of us have had three .. the smarter guys have never let the first one go!  :D .

Relax, take it easy (I'd bet that bike has already been 'breathed upon' by our Mike) so it will go like stink or just potter two up all day  :)

Stay Safe  ;)    Trev   The Polar Bear   (Spain)

Hi mate and welcome. I have just bought this year my first Yamaha fazer 600 after having Suzuki Bandit 1200's. Found this little fazer is almost as good as the 1200 Bandit and a bloody site less thirsty! Just need some nice weather to ride her now! I like the look of your 1000 Fazer so enjoy it friend!
