Senditnow.com which seems to be Royal Mail but much cheaper.

I wanted half a car engine carried about 150 miles, I got one reply, and it wasn't cheap either. I'll go and get it myself!

I recently used UPS to deliver a leather bike jacket I sold on ebay. I did it all online & by the time I'd printed off the labels they were at the door looking for the parcel, all within half an hour of me completing the transaction so very impressed.

Just sent a pair of fazer panels from Leeds to Derbyshire
Cost me £2.98 with my Hermes. Royal Mail would want a royal penny for that.

My Hermes failed to collect so I rang them. While I was on hold I got an email to say I had been refunded. Then they answered the phone and said yes the shipment had been cancelled. Apparently they cancelled every London shipment that week!

My Hermes.... My arse! I ordered a double bubble screen. Came back from a short break away to discover a large brown box outside my front door. Plainly in view to everyone and had been all day. Well I say all day, it could have been the day before because the was no time, contact number or any info on the card. I tried to complain to my Hermes, good luck with that. It would be easier knitting fog. Absolutely amateur outfit. I now ask any trader I'm dealing with if they use my Hermes, if they do I ask for an alternative courier.

My Hermes.... My arse!

 :agree

The worst delivery company ever. I've got parcels delayd and some time canceled very often with them. The problem is I buy from a company that uses only them.

My Hermes does not have complaints phone or department AT ALL. Good luck with them

My son recently bought a laptop from a company in Yorkshire. It was delivered by DPD and they were a revelation. They emailed a consignment tracking number the night before. Texted in the morning and delivered 10 minutes into the one hour delivery slot. The driver was very professional and said his company had instructed their drivers never to leave any package unless it was signed for. Professional outfit, someone should point myhermes towards them.

They've done it again. Ordered a torque wrench from eBay. MyHerpes left it on the front step again. No card , no telephone number. Nothing.
Absolute amateur outfit.

I was hovering the car out early this evening when my son said to me "Is that a package under the bush?" Sure enough MyHerpes had just dumped my socket set in the garden. No note , no details or phone number. How this arsehole of a company stays in business is a mystery. Unfortunately when you buy from a company you don't know the delivery agents they use.

Presumably a DeLorean car that was hovering?  :lol

The cnuts at My Herpes have done it again. Upon returning from the dentist this afternoon I found the parcel containing the new motorcycle jacket I'd ordered sitting on the rear doorstep. Apparently this must be what My Herpes class as a 'Safe Place'
The fact that there isn't any way to contact these clowns to complain speaks volumes about how bad a company they are.
