FZS 1000 Clock issue
« on: 30 April 2012, 11:55:51 am »
I have an 02 FZS 1000 fitted with a Datatool system 3 alarm, ever since I have had the bike the clock appears to set its self to a different time every time I set the alarm and leave it for a while. Anyone got any ideas why this my be happening? would love to have a clock that works.

Check the conections under the fairing infill. I belive left side.
Have not had it happen to me but I remember others have had a similar problem. Try a forum search I know its been disgust before.

Can you define what you mean by "a while" - hours / days / weeks / months ..... Battery not holding sufficient charge would be my first thought.
