Downsizing photos.

Can anyone tell me the simplest way(and I mean for the under 5's as totally computer illiterate) to downsize pics so I can post them. I only have my android galaxy so don't have a laptop.

I find taking a screenshot usually works as that's a much lower resolution then the original photos and this a much smaller file.
The other option is to download a photo editing app as a lot of them have the option to save at a smaller scale/file size.
It doesnt always work but that's what I have had some success with

I tried the screenshot, had to read up what it was and how to do it :lol , but couldn't figure how to get rid of the blacked out area top and bottom. However have downloaded a resize app that I think will work. Thanks again :thumbup .
