Throttle notch help
« on: 06 May 2019, 05:21:12 pm »
I switched over my bars today to flat drag bars and now that I reassemble everything the throttle has a huge 'notch' in it? I cant see what could have changed as it's only an inch lower than it was before?
I've tried adjusting the free play using the top adjuster but that doesnt change it
It springs back perfect it's just when I'm opening the throttle it seems to catch slightly then release once I apply more pressure
It happens probably 8 out of every 10 times I try to open the throttle?
Anyone have any ideas what could be up?

False alarm.... problem solved.
Turned out the old cable that used to power the AIS had dropped down and was catching on the throttle body 🙄
Quick cable tie solved the issue
