It's the expansion bottle for the cooling system. I think your all being a bit harsh on that bike. It's a mad loony 600ccc toy. It's not made to be practical or pretty, it's made for fun and I bet it is a lot of fun to ride.  I'd love to know how quick it accelerates and how it handles, probably terribly :lol

They do look like good fun. Great for drifting around corners. This guy made a nice one.
