Good work.

I’d be embarrassed to tell you how long it is since I last had my callipers off to give them a clean. You might have just shamed me into having a look this week. Needless to say, I won’t be posting photos of mine when I do.

Good luck at MCT tomorrow.

daves forks were bad. mine were almost as bad. once that oil turns to grinding paste the damage it does is unbelievable. I know its not cheap, and its money spent on an old bike, but anybody here with a gen one that aint never had the fork oil touched really oughtta check it out. hopefully dave will be out on his this weekend and feel a massive difference

Hi ogri,
What springs and oil weight are you using. A job I've got to do in the next month or so.

buddy I havnt got a clue but ive got the original paperwork from 2010 somewhere, it should be on there, ill find it and post. Bear in mind though that Darren often uses different length springs but cuts the spacer to suit...I saw him use longer springs on daves monday and do that

Oh ok, that's understandable as you're getting a proper custom job to suit your requirements/riding style etc etc. Thanks for your reply. :thumbup
