Always worth checking your brake pads on a new purchase

Pad material has come away from back plate
Would explain the sticking rear caliper
Outside piston free inside one appears seized
New seals at least ,that's if I can get the pistons out

I think that happens when the bike is parked for a good while and water gets behind the pad material rusts the metal part of the pad
