Givi Rack, arm fitting
« on: 05 September 2018, 11:26:58 pm »
I picked up some secondhand Givi arms and I'm not sure if the fitting kit is complete. On the Givi fitting guide the bracket that goes up into the tail section looks like it attaches to a small aluminium block that rests into the ends of the frame. Its part 3 in the picture below. Its missing from the kit I bought.
Anyone fitted one of these kits ? Generation 2 (2007)

Yes, the 2 parts- no.3 "Supporto in Alluminio" are part of the fitting kit & without them you're stuck. If I remember correctly they slide part way into the hollow frame tube & maybe the previous owner forgot to remove them??Rob
