Uum Hi!!
« on: 06 August 2018, 06:27:01 am »
Thanks for the add. Hopefully will be swapping my k3 GSXR thou for an 06 FZ1 this weekend coming!
Any tips on what to look out for would be much appreciated.
Tia.

Haha. I do believe/hope so, Ive had umpteen sportsbikes and am now on my 3rd litre bike, and to be honest the hype of head down arse up yobbery is starting to wear thin.i just don't seem to be enjoying it all so much anymore.
So, time for my second ever upright, a new chapter begins I guess!!

Welcome, I don't think you'll be disappointed. You can still be very much a yobbo on an fz1, but at the same time you can use it to ride at legal speeds in relative comfort.
Are you getting the faired or naked version?

Haha. I have indeed seen a few yobbos on fazers. Im also hoping it's going to be much better for two up when the other half is out, which is something we are trying to do more and more of late, and Im finding it very hard to get comfy on the gsxr with her on the back.
The one im looking at is the faired version.
