Hey all, just purchased an 06 FZ6, been off the bikes for a couple of years and thought id get a nice "wee" 600 for a bit of commuting and possibly future trips, my most recent bike before this was a R1200 gs and maybe i should have researched that my wee fz6 is actually heavier!! Anyway I love the bike i have bought, it has 21k miles on it and is pretty immaculate.


Im located in Forfar in scotland (near Dundee) and wouldnt mind meeting up with other owners for rideouts or food runs  :lol

Welcome to the forum. The FZ6 may be physically heavier, but I think it is lower down so feels more nimble. Never ridden either model myself though so just guessing.
