My nearside indicators flash very fast now and again  but not all the time they are not led bulbs. And the offside are fine any ideas would be great as I've got mot soon.

Have you tried switching a few bulbs around from the side that works to the side that doesn't? Maybe it's as simple as one bulb being a bit dodgy.

Quicker flashing is normally a bulb out somewhere.

My indicators are a bit temperamental. Previous owner fitted some dodgy aftermarket ones to the front which let in water, corrode a bit and develop a bad connection. Cleaning the bulb connection and wd40 usually sorts mine. Writing is solid.

If a bulb partially shorts out, so it still works, it can cause faster flashing as the resistance is lower.

Try changing both bulbs.
