FZS600 98 Brake disc recommendations
« on: 30 April 2018, 01:35:58 pm »
Ive been thinking about replacing the brake discs both front and rear on my fazer, mainly for cosmetic reasons but i also dont want to lose the practicality as i currently have oem discs. Can anyone recommend any that look good but are also good quality?
thanks in advance

Bought a Galfer rear for mine recently on Ebay for £84, is a wavy one but a very good brand for a good price.
I have wavy on the front that have served me brilliantly using Galfer pads, still looks like new after years of use, but can't find those particular discs anymore unfortunately.

I went for Ferodo and have been impressed with them.

Anyone heard of Blackshadow-UK or Tsuboss disc brands? Any good?

I've got a blackshadow on the rear, great disc for the money.

The best option is OE if there's nothing wrong with them leave them or at least sell them on and reduce the costs.  Galfer are okay cheaper by about £40 but not as good as OE.
