Oil from breather

Well after sitting for a couple of months decided to take the old girl for a clear out run, however on warm up noticed oil coming from the engine breather. Any clues to why this is happening as it was never an issue before,

Not the sort of thing I’d expect to notice… mainly because I don’t look in the airbox while the engine’s running. Are you missing the pipe from the breather to airbox?
Otherwise: overfilling with oil or massive blow-by past the pistons will cause excessive oil mist from the breather.

This could be normal if the bike has sat for a while most of the oil has drained to the sump/crankcase causing a rise in pressure on initial startup,take it out for a 20 minute run then recheck engine breather.

Cheers Bandit, took it for a blast and it has seemed to settle down, just a bit worrying when you see it.

Yea I'd say your breather pipe is blocked with emulsified oil (aka that mayonnaise looking gunk ) and the crankcase pressure is blowing it out the breather. Pop the breather off and give it a clean. The bottom of the airbox will probably need a clean too. You should check your oil level because like the lads said it's probably a bit too high.
