Happy Christmas all, enjoyed a fantastic birthday ride yesterday from Mickeys Diner on Bluebell Hill to the Bosun's Bite in Rye Harbour opposite Lifeboat station via some very cruddy lanes with guys from KAMG. Weather was lovely & mild, bike was a camoulflage brown instead of blue by the time I returned home, even reached my lid😱 Hoping to be out Boxing Day too 😉
Wishing you all a fantastic Christmas & a very Happy New Year 🎅🍻

The Pied Bull at Farningham is the place on Boxing Day mid dayish. Just about every type of bike will be there. If you've never been, then do try and go, the forecast is for mild weather so no excuses on that front. :)

Bad news here as I was planning a Christmas day ride because I was going to be all home alone but now Mrs Sharps working shift has changed and she will now be at home.
I don't do rain or threat there of. dry rider only with no shame.

Well that’s Christmas totally screwed Just my bloody luck -Stuck at A&E
Decided to go horse riding ...
Something I haven't done in many years....It turned out to be a big mistake got on the horse and started out slowly, but before I knew it, we were going as fast as the horse could go. I couldn't hang on and I fell off, caught my bloody foot in the stirrup and the horse just wouldn't stop
Thankfully the manager at Toys-R-Us came out and unplugged the machine.

How many of you actually read what I wrote? If you did, feel free to copy and paste for someone else to have a laugh. People need to laugh now & again. Merry Yule

I watched a documentary recently which advised that to have "inner peace" we should always finish things we start, and that we all could use more calm in our lives...
I looked through the flat to find things I'd started and not finished, and finished off a bottle of Merlot, a bottle of Chardonnay, a bodle of Baileys, a butle of wum, an a box a chocletz...

I did actually get out after all on Christmas day but only managed 8 miles, everything was against me, fuel warning light and then it starts raining  :wall so went home and drank beer instead so not all bad.

Lovely sunny day yesterday at the Pied Bull. Had a quick chin wag with Dazza, too bad you couldn't make it Kitcrazy, would have been nice to see you :) . There's a similar lunchtime meet on New Years Day, but usually not as well supported.
