(2) lclick on 'Open with' in the pop-up-box
(3) Scroll down the list of applications and lclick on 'Paint'
(3) The image will open in Paint and the size of the image, in pixels, will be displayed on the bottom left
(3) In Paint, lclick on Image>Resize
(4) In the box that opens lclick, 'Pixels' & 'Maintain aspect ratio'
(5) lclick either 'width' or 'height' in the box and enter the number of pixels required. The other dimension will automatically change to maintain the original image aspect ratio.
