Been thinking about using l8tr 26th shock on my carb version 600 but I am only light weight say 150 to 155lbs all up so will the 46 shock need a lighter spring for my weight. Also has any one for a contact or drawings to make the new dog bones and top hat spacers ?.

For my shock conversions I used dogbones with holes 127mm apart which restored the rear to standard-ish height (might lift the rear very slightly)
http://foc-u.co.uk/index.php/topic,8167.25.html  - halfway down the page D. Curzon provides the top-hat dimensions in a CAD drawing
Replacement top bolt will need to be 10m diameter and first 60mm unthreaded for extra strength. High tensile bolts best option, off the likes of ebay.

For your weight you'd be best with a 600lb or even 625lb-inch spring depending on whether you take pillions / do trackdays / carry luggage / ride like a loon.  You could try maxing out preload on the original spring - it would probably be fine for solo use @ legal speeds but not if you're really pushing on  ;)

Does anyone know what's the difference between these 3 options when ordering Nitron R1 shock?
I drive fast on country roads, so maybe road+track ?

So, after a while I went with Nitron R1 shock.
Came this morning...it looks great.

Been exchanging emails with their sales rep since I couldn't decide between "road" and "road and track" options, so he suggested they create a custom spring for me that will provide firm handling when riding fast, but won't sacrifice comfort for daily commuting.
Big props to them for that.

Can't wait to install it in ~2 weeks.
Will post some opinions after that.
