multigauge question

Has anyone with the gauge fitted the extra 3rd button for changing between view modes ? If so how do you fit it in laymans terms !?! Thanks

Can’t help yet, but I’ll watch with interest! 


I was going to have a play with that wire over winter to see if it was worth connecting.

its all on christians multiguage website....... the 3rd button switches 12v onto the outside temperature sensor wire via a resistor and a diode that are soldered onto that wire...... i think i already did this on the  guage i sold you ..... the cct diagram for this is somewhere on christians website...

The separate circuit board you supplied was for connecting up the fuel calculation feature to the gauge. As for the 3rd button mod you had spliced a wire onto the external temperature sensor but this was just bare & going to nothing. Christians site does show the wiring diagram (with additional resistor & diode) for the 3rd button but does not show where the button fits into the circuit.

the bare wire goes to one side of black push button  and the other side of button goes to 12v
