Top Box rack...plate...box... confused?!?!

Apologies if this question sounds a little dull  :z  but having just become the proud owner of a lovely 2003 FZS600 i'm currently trawling the 'inter-web' for a simple response to what it is I need to fit a top box from scratch... any recommendations for racks/plates/boxes etc... Not saying I'd but new as they do come up on ebay but that's the type of thing you need to be looking at.

If you want to fit a box, Givi is the only real option.

It does seem that Givi is the only company that makes racks these days? on my old Fazer thou I had a Rennetec rack which nice and handy, quite small but it looked good and was made of steel, is everything made by GIVI made from plastic ?
