New Rider, New Bike FZ6 S2
« on: 10 July 2017, 12:50:46 pm »
Hello all,

My name is Adam and I have just purchased a 2007 FZ6 S2 ABS in Lava Red. I'm 28 and passed my MOD2 test on Thursday last week, so this is my first 'Big Bike'  :D

Very excited to pick it up on Saturday and look forward to using this forum to learn more about the bike!

Cheers,

Adam

So I've had it a couple of weeks now, very happy with it. Done a couple of hundred miles on it, and arranged to go on a trip down to Devon with some mates next Month.

I've fitted an oxford optimiser, a USB port for my phone, Oxford heated grips and I fitted a healtech GIpro Gear indicator. The gear indicator was a bit of a nightmare but now its fitted works lovely, definitely is not plug and play on ABS model bikes! :rolleyes

 Welcome in mate.

Great bike, FZ6 forum is quiet, I  think everyone must be just out there enjoying them.

Cheers.
Phil.  :)
