Are Fazers increasing in price?
« on: 13 April 2017, 10:18:17 pm »
Is it my imagination or do 600 Fazer prices seem to be creeping up recently?

With lower end used bikes, prices are seasonal, winter being the best time to buy, summer the worst.

Treat everything in life the way a dog would- if you can't eat it or foc it, forget it.

Not sure if prices are rising but certainly holding their value . Iam convinced we have a future classic on our hands , give it a few more years and prices will start climbing   ;)
One, is never going to be enough.....

It's just that I seem to remember that a couple of years ago you could pick up a nice low mileage foxeye for £1300-£1500 from a dealer. Now I'm seeing 20,000 milers being advertised at £2000+

My 2002 model has nearly 68,000 miles on the clock, so must be worth a mint, as it's tried & tested  :lol

Could it be due to the fact that it is one of the highest BHP bikes that can be legally restricted to the new A2 licences?

That's the reason I've just bought one anyway...

A lot of the cheaper bikes are being broken for bits, making more money that way. Very difficult to buy a sub £1K bike these days, unless you want a Diversion ........  :crazy
