I have just type this post out, and as I am not a great typist I almost finished typing before looking up to find that everything is in caps except the first letter in every sentence, now that does 'Get My Foccing Goat'
So I have started over again 'Mr Calm'
I have just sent off my application form for 'The Old Fossil's Run' in Hampshire.
Its a 50 mile run around local lanes and villages in support of 'The Rosemary Foundation Caner Appeal'
It is not a Race is a run around, mostly older guys (Hence Fossils) I guess, I did the run last year and it was a bit of fun.
£12-00 to sign up before the day, £5-00 for passengers, £15-00 on the day for riders passenger stay the same. Your fee gets you a nice metal badge, a bit like the old style AA or RAC badge of yesteryear, also a sandwich a piece of cake and piece of fruit and a bottle of pop, after the run back at the College.
Cut and Pasted from the email I received from the club:
This year is a special year for the Waterlooville Motor Cycle Club. And to celebrate this we shall be putting on a special Motor Cycle Show at Horndean Technology College. We have a VERY SPECIAL WELL KNOWN MOTOR CYCLE CELEB attending the show this year so keep an eye on the club web site for developing details.
The event takes place on:
Sunday July 23rd2017Start and finish at Horndean Technology College,
Barton Cross, Catherington Lane, Horndean, Hampshire PO8 9PQ. Take exit A3M Junction 2.
There are all-sorts of bike from 1400 Kwackers down to 49cc step through's and all manners of custom trikes.
There is also a competition for the best restored older bike, you get to vote to decide who wins (Not just you so don't get ideas above your station)

Damn it Mr Crazy, I've just seen this. I was only thinking the other day it's about time we had another day of
herding cats
getting the LOFOs out and about for another day of lateness, no idea, breakfasts, piss taking and fun!
I'm gonna check with my social sec and then get a LOFO run "organised" on here... it's been too long.

Had a lofo Monday today, as I've retired
Glorious sunny day ride to Sudbury (Suffolk) and back. about 100 miles.
Only problem was I couldn't use the Fazer as the battery has gone dud
So had to use the Speed Triple
Yes let's do a lofo Sunday soon, and I can have a lie in on Monday

I dunno dazza, I give him a thread where he can ramble and reminisce all he wants, and he still splatters it all over the shop
