I assume you mean the OEM silencer, rather than downpipes/collector too?
If it is only the silencer in theory you would need the cables for the exup valve (and possibly the servo), but as it is for noise suppression only (@5000 rpm it closes and then reopens at 5500ish), you can peg it open (i did mine, took a few minutes).
So you can probably open the exup valve up and bolt the silncer on, no fuss, no muss.
