Givi pannier kit for 1998 FZS600
« on: 25 February 2016, 05:19:21 pm »
Hi Guys

Does this look right for a 1998 FZS600?

I would have thought to fit panniers the indicators would have to be moved - am I right or wrong?

Thanks in advance

I havn't a foccin' clue Doggy! Get a pic of it next to the bike, then we can see what we're up against.

It doesn't look like mine.  For one thing the the tubes with the two bolt holes are flat plate brackets on mine which go under the seat  and share the bolts to the grab rail.

It is up on fleabay so cannot offer it up, but had my concerns.

The fact that it looks different to yours has put me off investing £100 in it.

Thanks for the advice guys, you have possibly saved me from wasting my hard earned.

Cheers

It looks the same as the wingrack on my Fazer. You can get specific indicators that fit on the ends of the arms.
