Exup valve pulley urgently required
« on: 05 February 2016, 01:31:44 pm »
Hi, I've tried to carry out maintenance to the exup valve but the pulley is seriously corroded

Does anybody have a spare?

If its just the little 1.5-2" inch cast metal item bolted to the end of the exup valve, why not just buy a new one they only cost £25 inc vat

Or failing that make one, as one our fellow foccers did, or maybe ask him nicely if he can make you one -

Just completely removed the exup on my mates 675 triumph due to corrosion. Is that not a easier option on this bike too?
