Paris - 5000 bullets
« on: 19 November 2015, 09:20:25 am »
no wonder they are struggling to identify the one person other than the suicide bomber!

On a more serious note though, all school trips to France cancelled until at least Sunday yet other travellers have been given no advise by the Foreign office.

Personally, I remember the IRA bombings etc and life goes on as normal. To make changes to what you were doing means the terrorists have done what they intended and are winning.

Disruption, fear, and ruining the economy by altering normal day to day business is a serious side effect.
All the more reason to root the bastards out and erase them.
More people are born because of alcohol than will ever die from it.

I would suspect a high number of the 5000 were "put in" for good measure after the events on Friday

I thought that the 5000 figure is what was fired AT the police

The bullets are for suppression, with that much lead coming through your window you hit the deck and stay there allowing the assault force to move into position. They obviously didn't stand and fight or there wouldn't have been anyone left alive to arrest.

Sitting in that flat with all that going on must have been one hell of a white knuckle ride

Lets hope those arrested start giving out details on other terrorists in Europe

Complete fabrication, I didn't make it up!

Wrong- they don't want to disrupt our way of life or cause panic or anything else, who ever said that is what they want,I dont think they have said that, here is what they want us to do.

It says 100 officers stormed the the place so if they all had 30 round mgazines thats a magazine & a half each which isnt too bad....seems a bit overkill but i bet they werent in danger of running out since they were in the middle of france rather than in some forward operating base.

NO WAY!!! Chuck Norris would've used 1 bullet to slot all 3 of them!!
sly Stallone however would've used 4010 rounds plus flash bangs, claymores and his bow & arrow's! lol!

Joking aside, its the end of a very sad and pointless episode, so many killed and injured, even the terrorists leave family behind. And for what, not one thing has changed.

A 1st world war veteran, Harry Patch, said 'all wars have always ended at the disscusion table, why couldn't they start that way'

Maybe time our governments started some dialogue to see if there's away of ending this carnage sooner rather than later

This worlds a bloody mess (no pun intended)
