Sports commentators that say

Booked their place
Crashed out
Shock defeat

Is there a sports commentator school that teaches these people that they must use these phrases

HGV drivers that block city centre roads whilst doing their deliveries at morning rush-hour, making everyone else late for work.

HGV drivers that use their size to intimidate and bully other drivers on the motorways.

Car drivers "hogging" middle lane of 3 lane motorway
Car drivers that tailgate other motorists
Car drivers that speed along 30mph road  then brake violently for GATSO camera then once past road markings speed again
4x 4 vehicles doing school run parking any old place-zig-zags? no problem
HGVs on dual carriageway overtaking other HGVs with a speed differential of 1 or 2 mph causing unnecessary delays/hold ups/frustration to other road users
Cars that drive in lane 1 of motorways at less than 65mph causing frustration to HGVs
And so on & so on....
crap personalised number plates
car/van/lorry/bus drivers using hand held phones
Cyclists who terrorise pedestrians by recklessly riding on pavements..

Feck it I m off to Wales to see the tractors & sheep! :lol

Yep agree. They are all very annoying.

Earlier today I joined the 2 lane motorway in front of an HGV. Heavy traffic in the outside lane.

After approx. a quarter of a mile I came up behind a car doing about 55 MPH. Still heavy traffic in outside lane, so no opportunity to overtake.

Said lorry comes roaring up about half an inch off my bumper flashing his headlamps. I still can't overtake the car in front.

Eventually the lorry overtakes (having the first opportunity, being at the rear of our 3 vehicle convoy).

He levels alongside my window and gives an extended blast on his air-horn, then carries on.

Unless he was auditioning for a re-make of 'Duel' I fail to see what the twats problem with me was :rolleyes

I appreciate what a difficult job it must be trying to manoeuvre a truck that size in motorway traffic and the vast majority are great drivers, but there is a few who lord it over everyone else simply because they are the biggest thing there.

Was it a tipper truck? They tend to get paid load bonuses so want to get there and back as quickly as possible.

Either way, a truck on a single carriageway road is not meant to go over 50mph.

It was a container lorry.

The motorway was 2 lanes in each direction.

I was surprised at his speed. After he had overtaken myself and Mr Slowly in front of me 'Slow' accelerated to a steady 60MPH, but the truck was still pulling away from us both gradually.

I stayed back, reluctant to get alongside him. It was only a few miles to my turn-off and you never know what someone like that is going to do, do you.

I saw a fella last night pull out of a side road on to a main road in a left hand drive large van, and he went to drive off on the right hand side of the road.
I wondered what he was doing 'cos he was positioned all wrong when he pulled out.
After a load of cars were aiming at him he suddenly swerved back over to the left side.  :eek

Saw a woman come down the slip road onto the motorway. Halfway down the slip road she slows down, and winds the window down. She came to a halt with one wheel in lane 1 apparently fiddling with the wing mirror!
The next prize numpty was the bloke in a BMW X5 who ignored all the signs in the roadworks which say "Lanes 1&2 M42, Lanes 2 & 3 M5". He then realises he wants the M5 not the M42 and cuts across two lanes of slip road followed by the chevroned area to end up back on the M5.
