Hi,
First got the FSZ600 2001 in '02 with 6k on the clock for my wife after her direct access but she didn't use it much so I appropriated it! Since then I've commuted it for a few years and taken it up to 48k. Two years ago the Meta alarm went tits up in Reigate and I had to recover it home (200 miles £500) where it sat in the shed until last month when I had to get it on the road again for a trip to France last week.

Mods:
When we bought it, hugger, belly pan, Givi Monocrack, rad guard. Since then, HID light, LED gear indicator, heated grips, K&N filter, flip screen, Hagon shock and front springs, hand guards, various scratches and scrapes.

Accidents ( Fazer ): 1 - dumped down the road in the rain at night in the New Forest avoiding a Pony, only alternative was, well, think Police Academy!

I'm 54 and been riding since I was 16, never without a bike, or two, in the shed.

And another.

I haven't managed any accidents with mine yet (6months and counting), but it's got hefty crash bungs fitted, and there's evidence that they've earned their keep in the past.
