It's really not looking good, they've gone from cloudy, sunny rain to RAIN

ive been looking on various weather sites and its been getting worse as the afternoon goes on.....95% chance of heavy rain and high winds in the morning for me here

think im going to skip it, I may have a potter in the afternoon if it dries up??

BBC weather map says a lot of rain about 10:00 am, but lessening afterwards

Iam out aswell $:\$ ....a day wasted on the bike and still not running.........hope the forcast is wrong for any foccers who make it

....if it go's to the vote put me down for "postpone for another day".....thanks for arranging this one harry got the makings of a great ride if the weather was a bit better...

Going to leave my decision till the morning, but BBC weather give my area rain all day.

Will check back here tomorrow around 8am to see what the consensus is.

Harry.......i think you should call this one.....fair play to you for organising something that coulda been good but you cant defy the good old uk weather mate...not your fault......but as organiszer i reckon you should call it coz there'll always be a couple hero's that continue on and then end up on their arse

I think you're right Noggy, BLOODY WEATHER....... so..... who's up for May???????

I don't mind a bit of wet weather riding, I've gone through 3 winters on the bike but it was done to get to work and wasn't. Tomorrow is about having fun (and eating breakfast).

Let's postpone. I'll text those that I have numbers for and PM everyone too.....

Great work with the organisation Harry and a shame the weather had to spoil it... I was looking forward to getting back out with the group and the bike is all nice and shiny after its ACF treatment this morning

Saffron Walden weather map is still showing the same. Awful about 10:00 am then easing up. I presume this is off then. Will check thread first thing in the morning in case anybody changes their mind.

A good steady stream of rain here in south bucks all morning, just stopped so I guess its heading east.......right decision to postpone

Very windy with heavy downpours here though the sun has been making an appearance in between - it's taunting me to come out and play but I know as soon as I step outside it will throw it down again :P
