Just out of sheer curiosity. Does anyone know how many Gen 1's were sold in the UK and worldwide ?

I seem to recall the number to be around 3,500, give or take a few.

I think most of em probably either ended up stuffed in hedges, or self-destructed after people refitted the power valves the wrong way round after Stephen's stage III tunes (who, moi?)  :lol

The Bike Specialists have an N1 for sale at £3980.

FTFY  :thumbup

They had a C90 advertised for nearly £3k last month. Why on earth would anyone pay that for a C90?! C90s never die, therefore they can never have rarity value. If you want a C90, you just go and haul one out from the bottom of your garden  :lol

I presume POA means "if you have to ask...."

I had 3 old LC's, 2 250's and a 350. The hooligan bikes of my youth, so much fun and many high speed prangs. Loved them all and it brings a tear to my eye when I see one. Worth a fortune now, but nostalgia is very over rated and extremely over priced  :lol
