Excellent. You've just uploaded one of the very best FZS1000 vids on YouTube. Please tell me there's a 720p version.

May I ask what tyre pressures were you running?

Sadly my 720 camera didn't survive the first session. It lies somewhere in the Lincolnshire countryside

Outstanding, that man!  :eek  Most impressed. I'm bloody-well up for a go at that... What is the noise level requirements? Mine is ... fairly loud, but I could slap a stock one back on...
And on their best day, the Gods at Yamaha Struck the block of rough ore and the Fazer Thousand was formed; and they looked down and smiled, for it was brilliant in its purity; and, low, we all new that anything else is an 'also-ran'...

Bloody great vid mate, and you can almost feel the moment you thought "right, that's it, their warm, time to have it..." Loved it. Some good riders in your group too, can only imagine their thoughts when a " old yamaha commuter/all rounder" pissed on their chips...really good stuff

At Mallory a good few years ago, some twat on a brand new 2007 Fireblade came up to me and said "I wouldn't dare go round here on that, mate" pointing at my Fazer. I then proceeded to lap half the fast group in under 20 mins and when I went over to him afterwards and asked why I hadn't seen him, he said it was because he was in the medium group.

Har har. The Mighty Fazer rules!

Very nice! Not often I sit through 16 minutes of someone else having all the fun, but that was ace! I was like "go on, 'ave 'im!"
Amazing to think of what these bikes can do in the right hands (i.e not mine LOL!)

I forgot to ask, have you had the bike dyno'd? With all the mods (quill, ivans w/modded inlet rubbers & airbox and different cam timing) what power are you getting that the rear wheel, or better still got a copy of the dyno chart..?
